Red-Gigi Cleaning Services is a professional cleaning business operating across Sheffield, Nottingham, Leeds, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster. By booking any service with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written or verbal confirmation from Red-Gigi Cleaning Services. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

• • All prices shown on our website exclude VAT. VAT will be added where applicable.
• • Payment is due on the day of the clean unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• • We accept cash, card and bank transfer.
• • For large jobs, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• • We reserve the right to amend prices if the property condition differs significantly from the description provided at the time of booking.

• • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled clean: No charge.
• • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled clean: 50% of the agreed price may be charged.
• • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled clean: 100% of the agreed price may be charged.
• • No-shows on the day (cleaner arrives and cannot access property): Full charge applies.
• • Red-Gigi Cleaning Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. We will give you as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative date.

• • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the clean, you must notify us within 72 hours of the clean being completed.
• • Our team will not leave the property until the customer has signed off the job confirming they are happy with all areas cleaned.
• • The re-clean guarantee applies to the original scope of work only.
• • In cases where the customer is not present during the clean, they should inspect and contact us within 24 hours.
• • Refunds are not provided. Our guarantee is a re-clean only.

• • You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property at the agreed time.
• • If our team cannot access the property at the agreed time, a cancellation charge may apply.
• • You must ensure the property has adequate hot water, electricity and lighting for the clean to be carried out.
• • If you will not be present during the clean, you agree to provide clear access instructions.

• • Red-Gigi Cleaning Services is fully insured. Our insurance covers accidental damage caused directly by our team during the clean.
• • All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the clean being completed.
• • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not secured properly before our arrival.
• • We are not liable for damage caused by defective products or equipment supplied by the customer.
• • Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
• • We are not responsible for loss of earnings, business interruption or consequential losses.

• • All our team members are vetted and trained to a professional standard.
• • We use eco-friendly, professional-grade cleaning products.
• • We bring all necessary equipment and products unless agreed otherwise.
• • You must not directly hire or engage any member of our team independently during or within 12 months of using our service.

You must inform us before the clean of any hazards in the property including but not limited to: pets, known allergens, fragile or valuable items, broken fixtures, mould or infestations. Our team reserves the right to refuse to clean any area that poses a health or safety risk.

All complaints must be made within 72 hours of the service being completed, by calling 07460 066 848 or emailing redgigicleaning@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer you an alternative date. If we cancel and no alternative is agreed, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

For regular (weekly or fortnightly) cleaning contracts, we require a minimum of 2 weeks written notice to end the contract. Individual sessions within a contract follow the same cancellation terms above.
